Pre-Order Purchases

Pre-Ordering a product ensures that you receive the next incoming stock allocated to your purchase, and this is fulfilled to you as priory once it arrives in Australia. 

Exway Australia has stock arrivals from Exway HQ weekly. Due to the wide scope of accessories available, incoming stock can sell out very quickly once it is made available through our store. We know that accessories, hardware and parts are imperative to keep our riders riding, and we offer many of our products for pre-order purchase.

Fulfillment timeframes range from 3-5 weeks. We will communicate any delivery updates with you whilst your order is outstanding, and advise your tracking details via email as soon as it has been dispatched. 

Pre Order Cancellation Policy 

Some items in our store may be offered to you on pre-order purchase. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. In order to allocate you with priority fulfilment of incoming stock, we collect payment at checkout, allocate your purchase to incoming stock, then fulfill the goods at a future date.
You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. Some special order pre-order items may attract a restocking fee of 10%.
Once the order has been fulfilled it cannot be cancelled, however you can request an exchange or refund as per our standard Returns Policy.

There will be a 10% admin restocking fee for any Pre-Order cancellation that was paid for using the following payment methods - Afterpay, ZipPay or PayPal.
