Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before an order is shipped. We cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
Due to merchant fees that are incurred at the time of accepting your order, there is a 10% admin cancelation charge for orders that were paid with ZipPay, Afterpay or PayPal. 

Change of Mind Policy 

When purchasing from Exway Australia, you can submit a return request of unused product/s within 14 days of its delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means Unopened, and Not Ridden. All box packaging undamaged, and seals intact, so that when returned, it can be sold to another customer as it was sold to you.
It must also be in the original packaging. 

How to I Request Return

Our team will respond within 48 hours to confirm your request, and provide you with the return address, or advise why return is not authorised. 

The cost of a return shipping is your responsibility. Please ensure returns are packaged adequately, as further damage in transit will disqualify the approved return, and the item will be returned to you, at your cost. 

Once returned, how long will my refund take? 

Once a return is received to Exway Australia. It will be assessed to ensure it meets the above conditions, and your return and refund will be processed, within 5 business days. You will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that from the time of refund in our system, your bank/payment institution may also have a processing time, often between 3-10 business days. 

I bought Exway products from another site/store, can I return them to Exway Australia?

No. Only item/s purchased from Exway.com.au can be returned to Exway Australia. Please speak with the retail store which you purchased from regarding any return requests.

My order has arrived damaged.

All Exway products go through stringent Quality Control measures on manufacture, and they are covered by a Manufactures Warranty. Please refer to the Warranty Policy for further information.
